What we do?

– To conduct cutting edge research, studies, inquiries on the subjects/themes related to economics, environment, natural resources, governance, policy, technology, development and human health to galvanize development and progress at the grassroots.

– To undertake and implement developmental projects that meet needs as determined by the research.

– To provide services to grassroots and marginalized communities, entrepreneurs and innovators, governments, universities, civil society groups, NGOs, and international organizations, and academia and students in areas determined by the research. 

– To organize and deliver trainings, consultations and capacity building activities on the issues/ themes.

– To organize and deliver trainings, consultations and capacity building activities on the issues/ themes related to economics, environment, natural resources, governance, policy, technology, development and human health. 

– To conduct the research and education through programs, training, courses, summer schools, internships, special sessions, workshops, seminars, webinars, and on-field exposure programs for the youths, working professionals, interested people and others on the issues/themes related to economics, environment, natural resources, governance, policy, technology, development and human health.

– To build platforms like fairs, trades and exhibitions to promote grassroots innovations and entrepreneurs, ecological security, and economics and technological advancement.

– To hold workshops, seminars, webinars, symposia, consultations, meetings, forums, conferences, etc. in order to promote sustainable development in social and economic spheres, and bring important stakeholders on a common platforms on issues relating to economics, environment, natural resources, governance, policy, technology, development, and human health.

– To commission a policy-oriented research, ideas, analysis, formulations and recommendations on emerging issues in economic, environmental, and technological development and advancement, including resulting publications. 

– To network, build alliances and make coalitions with like-minded organizations and individuals for promoting the academic and practitioner linkages for information/ knowledge transfer, sharing, exchange and management in the interests of grassroots communities, environment and technology.

– To institute and confer award, prizes and medals in themes related to economics, environment, natural resources, governance, policy, technology, development and human health.
